Reflection:
​​When evaluating the technology plan for Braxton elementary school, there was a component for how and where the evaluation processes would come from. This was done in the form of the annotated bibliography, which showed continual growth and engagement in continual learning (6.1). What was neat about this part of the assignment is that it was collaborative, as was the entire evaluation plan, but we all had a variety of sources to add to this master resource. I learned about different sites and organizations that I later added to my PLN to continue to grow and develop in this field. This assignment also provided me with a fresh perspective on how to move forward, even with my practicum requirements- for the evaluation tools. I have begun looking for additional feedback or articles that support or refute the ideas I had for my face-to-face and online trainings.

Reflection
 Each of the CIED courses I completed required constant reflection over the process of building the two courses. After developing each skill and knowledge set through various articles, research, and hands-on activities, I was tasked with being reflective about each and how it would affect my learning modules (6.1 & 6.2). Overall, the first course, the one developed for 7601 was the most challenging to create as it was the first time I had used the wiki platform and that in itself required additional learning. I found myself creating documents for this course, like the syllabus and or the lesson plan, and then reassessing where I was and how it compared to where I should be. There were plenty of times I ended up scrapping a half-developed idea in favor of something that I felt would be a greater example of my understanding. I chose to take these two courses, CIED 7601 and 7602, in part because they were 1/2 semester courses and would satisfy my requirement for electives. At the end of CIED 7602, I was glad that I had taken each of the courses because I felt, and still feel, that they gave me an early on experience with fully developing an online course that was well-rounded and embraced what I had been learning throughout the Instructional Technology program..
